All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure security and accuracy of transaction placed. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email.
Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and all major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days. Orders may also be reviewed to ensure security and accuracy. If your order is under review, you will be contacted within the same day.

All buyers must be aware of the importation laws for their country, KingsDew™ is not responsible for any items or packages that are stopped and/or seized by any appropriate jurisdiction and/or authority. International buyers should contact their local custom authorities for any information on duty and taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items. KingsDew™ Is not responsible for packages delayed due to customs issues.

At this time, we are shipping internationally with DHL Worldwide Express. It is the fastest and most cost effective method for most destinations. DHL Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on weight and destination of the package. Delivery times will vary between countries, but typically once your order is shipped it should arrive within the next business day in the European Union and typically 3-5 business days to most other locations. DHL Worldwide Express is not available for all countries due to import restrictions, if this option does not show at checkout, we are unable to ship your order with this method.
*Restriction: We are unable to ship batteries, both loose and internal with DHL. Any orders containing batteries will be removed and refunded. DHL does not ship to APO/DPO/FPO (American military) locations.
Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of KingsDew™, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. KingsDew™ will do its due diligence when it comes to the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. KingsDew™ is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.
Canceling and Altering Orders:
Due to the volume of orders KingsDew™ receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, there is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships as logistics may have already processed your order. In the circumstance that the order has been processed we will request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) on your behalf. Please note that products must be returned in the same condition they were originally sent out. Due to hygiene reasons and health protection we cannot accept returns for products if the seal has been broken. We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or there might be update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
